Rise Public AdjustingReferral portal · StormClaims.org

Send us a storm claim in one upload.

This is the file drop for contractors, roofers and anyone referring a claim to Rise Public Adjusting. Fill in the homeowner, attach what you have, and it lands in the right claim file on our end. No email chains, no file size headaches.

1

Enter your info once

Your company and contact details are saved on your device, so repeat uploads only take a minute.

2

Drop in the carrier's estimate

Have the insurance scope? Drop it first and the homeowner, address, claim and policy numbers, carrier and date of loss fill in automatically. No scope? Type them in.

3

Add the rest and send

Photos, your estimate, the dec page, letters. Up to 25 MB per file. Same homeowner and address always goes to the same claim file, and we're notified the moment it lands.

Upload claim documents

Secure. Files go straight to Rise Public Adjusting.

Open the upload tool

Takes about a minute. Drop the carrier's estimate and the claim details fill themselves in. Your contact details are remembered for next time.

What to send

Send what you have now. You can always upload more later under the same homeowner.

Most helpful

Photos & videos

Roof, elevations, interior damage, collateral (gutters, screens, AC fins, soft metals). Wide shots and close-ups both help. Date-stamped if possible.

Most helpful

Your estimate & measurements

Your scope or Xactimate estimate, EagleView or Hover report, and any invoices for emergency repairs or tarping.

Most helpful

Policy & declarations page

The dec page tells us coverage, deductible and endorsements. If the homeowner only has the policy number and carrier, that works to start.

If you have it

Carrier letters & estimates

The insurer's estimate, payment or denial letters, and any adjuster emails. These shape the supplement or dispute.

If you have it

Signed contract / LOR

A signed public adjuster contract or letter of representation if the homeowner has already signed with us.

If you have it

Notes

Deadlines, supplements you need, what the carrier said on site, or links to large videos. Anything you'd tell us on a call.

Questions or an urgent claim?

Joseph Dittman, Licensed Texas Public Adjuster

Can I upload more files for the same homeowner later?

Yes. Use the same homeowner name and loss address and the new files join the existing claim file.

What file types and sizes work?

Photos, videos, PDFs, spreadsheets and documents, up to 25 MB per file. For large videos, paste a share link in the notes.

Do I need an account?

No. Your contact details are remembered on your device for next time, but there is no login.

How do I know you got it?

The tool confirms on screen when the upload finishes and we are notified right away. If you don't hear back within one business day, text Joseph.
